Crumbl Morning Baker / Crew Member in Methuen, MA is seeking dependable, energetic team members for morning shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You will help bake daily cookies, greet guests, and set up the store for the day.

Roles include mixing dough, decorating cookies, taking orders, and maintaining a clean workspace. No prior baking experience required; training provided. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is essential.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to work for a 6:00 AM start.
• Availability for Friday and Saturday is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough and prepare rotating weekly cookie flavors.
• Bake, decorate, and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Prepare ingredients, equipment, and workstations for the day.
• Welcome guests and help them explore the week's menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Restock supplies and help keep daily production on schedule.
