This role focuses on morning shifts from approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with availability on both Friday and Saturday required. No formal baking experience is necessary—we’ll provide training and values teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to work.
• Availability for 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shifts, with Friday and Saturday required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy bakery environment and stay focused.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough and prepare rotating weekly cookie flavors.
• Bake, decorate, and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Prepare ingredients, equipment, and workstations for the day.
• Welcome guests and help them explore the week’s menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Restock supplies and help keep daily production on schedule.
• Work with teammates to start the day strong.
