Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Before School Child Care Assistant at Waukazoo Elementary Schools in Michigan. This part-time, school-year position runs 6:30 AM to 8:45 AM, Monday through Friday, totaling 10–20 hours per week.

Beginning date is 8/24/2026, reporting to the State & Federal Coordinator, with responsibilities to supervise children and support morning routines. You’ll lead safe, age-appropriate activities, communicate with parents, and collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth start

Qualifications

• Background check through Michigan State Police and FBI; CCBC registration required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willingness to participate in annual training on safety and child development.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to ensure safety during the before-care period.
• Engage children with age-appropriate games, crafts, and reading.
• Assist with settling in, organization, and morning routines.
