Job summary

ICP Group is seeking a Chemical Operator/Batchmaker for our Tampa, FL plant. Shift hours are 6am to 2:30pm with overtime and Saturdays during peak season. Responsibilities include batching, weighing, sampling, and blending ingredients per SOP while following safety procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and experience with chemicals or light chemical manufacturing. Physical requirements include lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for long periods; forklift

• Experience with chemicals or light chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Able to read and work with SOPs.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily scheduled activities as directed by supervisor.
• Batching, weighing, and sampling materials per SOP.
• Blend ingredients to specifications and maintain housekeeping.
• Report problems to supervisor and ensure production demand is met.
• Maintain communication with supervisor and QC technician during batch.
• Record inventory movements and perform periodic quality sampling.
