Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate, hands-on care for seniors in a serene setting. You will join a team of professionals focused on security, dignity, and quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, maintaining clean living spaces, and documenting care in change-over notes. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally hold a CNA/HHA certificate; DSS background checks and First

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and/or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
• DSS background checks and First-Aid certification required to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Know resident locations and status at all times.
• Keep residents clean and well-presented throughout the day.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal care as needed.
• Maintain orderly resident rooms and assist with daily living activities.
• Respond to resident calls for assistance promptly and professionally.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor or administrator.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Observe residents’ rights and document all care activities accurately.
