Homewatch CareGivers of Monmouth County is seeking a Caregiver/Administrator to provide hands‑on in‑home care and support daily office operations in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. This dual role offers a flexible schedule and can be full‑time, part‑time, or per diem, with Monday–Friday availability and collaboration with our clinical and administrative teams.

You will deliver personalized care, help create care plans, ensure client safety, and participate in ongoing training.

As a Caregiver/ Administrator at Homewatch CareGivers of Monmouth County, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care to clients in their homes and supporting daily office operations. In this dual role, you’ll collaborate closely with our clinical team and administrative staff to deliver exceptional care while ensuring smooth office functions. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or per diem, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support daily office operations and implement administrative tasks as required.
3. Collaborate with the clinical team to create personalized care plans based on individual client needs.
4. Ensure client safety and well-being in accordance with care standards.
5. Engage in ongoing training and professional development through clinical supervision.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem, with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
