Job summary

Navion of Rocky Mount is seeking a caring Resident Care Aide for a part-time morning schedule (5 AM–1 PM). You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with hygiene, mobility and meals, and document care needs.

We value compassion, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced senior care environment. Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, CNAs certification, CPR (preferred), and good communication skills to interact with residents and care teams.

Qualifications

• Must love working with seniors and have a caring, patient approach.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work independently while following team direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily living assistance and help with ambulation, feeding and mobility.
• Support personal hygiene and comfort, including bathing assistance.
• Monitor and document residents' food intake and care needs for staff.
• Follow infection control practices and safety protocols at all times.
