Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow basic food handling and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization and detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–35 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast items per standards and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, including counters, buffet lines and beverage stations.
• Wipe and sanitize tables and chairs before, during and after service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and storing food deliveries and supplies.
• Monitor food and beverage levels and restock as needed.
• Follow proper food handling, storage and labeling procedures.
