Job summary

Equus Inn in Ocala, FL seeks a Hotel Breakfast Host to create a warm breakfast experience. You will manage the breakfast area, ensure exceptional service, greet guests, and help them start their day with care.

The role requires 6–12 months in food service or hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand and lift up to 20 pounds. Compensation is $15/hour with 16–20 hours/week and flexible additional hours, plus performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Set up the breakfast area, arrange food and beverages, and restock supplies.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment and clear tables.
• Offer guidance on offerings and accommodate dietary needs.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the team.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and support hotel operations.
