Job summary

Ivy Hospitality in Columbus is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a positive guest experience during breakfast service by preparing and presenting food in a clean, organized environment and upholding health and safety standards.

You will greet guests warmly, maintain a stocked service area, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations while meeting health guidelines. This role offers $16/hour with full-time hours and benefits including medical, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required, hospitality experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and health codes.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food handler’s permit if mandated by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of breakfast items according to standard recipes.
• Greet all guests with warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized service area and adhere to health codes.
• Ensure items are stocked and replenished throughout breakfast service.
• Monitor deliveries, maintain portion control and quality standards.
• Support inventory and assist other departments as needed.
