Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Portland Airport at Cascade Station seeks a Complimentary AM Attendant to start mornings with warm hospitality. You will greet guests, assist with breakfast items, and keep dining areas clean and stocked while following safety standards.

You’ll work with a team to ensure a smooth, welcoming breakfast experience for all guests and support other duties as needed in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast and hotel amenities.
• Assist with food and beverage prep and maintain cleanliness.
• Keep dining and buffet areas stocked and organized.
• Work as a team to support dishwashing, restocking, and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests each morning with a friendly demeanor and local knowledge.
• Prepare and provide breakfast items, ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain clean, stocked service areas and refresh buffet stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with calm efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to support shifts and keep operations smooth.
• Move actively on-site, able to lift 20–50 lbs.
