Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet according to brand standards.
• Prepare and replenish food and beverage items during service.
• Keep breakfast area clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and presentation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with cleaning duties and report inventory needs to management.
• Weekend shifts required.
