Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous food service, hospitality, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide friendly and professional guest service.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be dependable and able to report to work for early-morning shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and have the breakfast area prepared and ready for guests by opening time.
• Prepare and set up hot and cold breakfast items according to brand standards.
• Monitor breakfast items and replenish as needed.
• Ensure food is stored and served at proper temperatures; follow safety rules.
• Rotate products using FIFO and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Keep beverage stations stocked and clean; greet guests professionally.
• Assist guests with questions about breakfast and hotel services.
• Notify management of low stock or issues; communicate concerns.
