Job summary

Mohonk Mountain House in New York seeks a part-time breakfast attendant to assemble, serve and monitor continental breakfast, 5:30am–11:30am, 3–5 days weekly, with under 30 hours. You will engage with guests, restock buffets, take orders at the POS, and keep the area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, set up, serve, break down and monitor continental breakfast items.
• Engage with guests and guests’ needs with courtesy and professionalism.
• Set up buffets before service and replenish items as needed.
• Inspect buffet areas for proper setup and replenishment.
• Maintain buffet appearance and cleanliness throughout service.
• Take food and beverage orders at the POS and enter dietary requests.
• Provide recommendations and describe menu items to guests.
• Adhere to dress and grooming standards and maintain a neat appearance.
