Mohonk Mountain House is seeking staff to maintain the Employee Cafeteria and assist in preparing and serving meals for staff. The role involves supporting kitchen staff, handling supplies, and ensuring a clean, sanitary dining area for employees.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. On-site work with shift-based hours and a focus on guest and employee satisfaction.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 150 feet.
• Able to work in hot, wet, slippery environments and maintain hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assist in the requisitioning and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Assist Sous Chefs and Kitchen Manager with the execution of various kitchen functions.
• Prepare and service food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner service in the Employee Cafeteria.
• Set-up and break down work stations and stock disposable items.
• Inspect equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
