Mohonk Mountain House is seeking a part-time Breakfast Attendant for the Lakeview Breakfast area. The role runs from 5:30am to 11:30am, 3–5 days per week, under 30 hours. You will assist with continental breakfast setup, serve guests, and help maintain a clean buffet and dining area while working with other staff.

Candidates should be able to greet guests warmly, handle guest questions, and operate the dining area in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assemble, set up, serve, break down and monitors continental breakfast food and beverages with a personable, courteous and professional manner.
• Engage in a two-way communication and interact effectively with others, from a variety of backgrounds.
• Answer guest questions with accurate information and demonstrate a friendly and helpful personality.
• Set up buffet(s) in a timely fashion, before the beginning of service, according to standards or as directed by management.
• Inspect the buffet areas by touch, sight, sound and smell for conformance to prescribed standards of setup and replenishment.
• Maintain the appearance of the buffet and location at all times during service.
