Responsibilities

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in POS system.
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer specs.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Keep serving station well-stocked at all times.
• Serve beverages in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Clean and maintain service areas and kitchen equipment.
