Qualifications

• Previous food service, cooking, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic food safety knowledge; food handler certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Bistro menu items according to brand standards, recipes, and food safety guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately; serve promptly with a professional demeanor.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory monitoring, and basic bar service as needed.
