Midwood Smokehouse is seeking an experienced BBQ Pit Cook to join our Park Road location, starting early with the first shift at 6 am. You will manage the wood smoker, trim and cook proteins to our high standards, and support catering operations as needed.

The role requires pride in barbecue, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to balance a large prep list with efficient time management. Join a team passionate about authentic southern BBQ and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience with meat/butcher work.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to start early and work 6 am shift.

Responsibilities

• Smoke meats as directed by the Pitmaster.
• Prep and monitor meat to meet daily demand with minimal waste.
• Assist inventory, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
