Hy-Vee is seeking a Coffee Shop Barista who will craft beverages, stock and maintain a clean coffee shop, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. No prior experience is required and training is provided. You’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly environment with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Basic math and POS familiarity.
• Clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to stay organized and pace with a busy coffee shop.
• High school diploma not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Take orders at counter and over the phone; assist with questions.
• Prepare and replenish coffee shop products as needed.
• Monitor product freshness; follow production lists.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work area per department standards.
• Process payments at the department register where applicable.
• Work with teammates for a smooth customer experience.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards and policies.
• Assist in other store areas and take on special projects.
