Job summary

You will open the bakery each morning, prepare and bake items on schedule, display products appealingly, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards, while occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries.
• Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening.
• Open the bakery every morning.
• Arranging the display cases/tables in an appealing manner.
• Handle food safely and keep everything fresh and clean.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policy and state and local health regulations on an ongoing basis.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
