Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring for full-time Baker positions at the LA Commissary. The role requires prior baking experience and schedules from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Sunday through Saturday. Location is 6801 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028.

Qualifications

• Previous baking experience is required.
• Schedule: Full time; Sunday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards; maintain proper temperatures and sanitation.
• Assist with production planning and ensure daily requirements are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area.
• Interact with customers and ensure quality in presentation and serving.
