Compass Group USA's Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a full-time Baker for the H&H Commissary Kitchen in Los Angeles. The schedule is five days a week with variable days/hours. Prior baking experience is preferred, and we offer training to help you grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Assists with production records, waste tracking, and inventory notifications.
• Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and work area.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
