ncgCARE is seeking a MORES Therapist in Franklin, NC to provide community-based crisis intervention and therapy for youth facing acute mental health or substance use crises. The role emphasizes rapid response, care coordination, and linkage to outpatient and inpatient services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed or board-eligible/provisional (LPC, LPA, LMFT, or LCSW).
• Valid, unrestricted state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
