NightOwl Consulting is seeking an experienced Moodle Developer to enhance our LMS with polished UI/UX, custom plugins, and robust reporting. You will integrate Moodle with internal systems, handle SCORM modules, and support course development for the Learning Department.

You should bring strong PHP/MySQL/JavaScript/CSS/HTML skills and hands-on Moodle API experience, along with Git and Agile practices to work independently within a small team.

Qualifications

• Proven Moodle development experience: themes, plugins, reporting.
• Strong PHP/MySQL/JS/CSS/HTML skills and Moodle API familiarity.
• Experience with SCORM, reporting, Git and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Customize Moodle themes to enhance UI/UX and branding.
• Develop, modify and maintain custom Moodle plugins.
• Build custom reports and dashboards for learner performance.
• Integrate Moodle with internal systems via APIs and web services.
• Assist with SCORM import, configuration and optimization.
• Advise on course development and content delivery best practices.
• Optimize LMS performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot Moodle customizations, plugins, and integrations.
• Provide documentation and internal training on new features.
