Service Corporation International is seeking an Administrative professional for the Monument Processing Center in Bremerton, WA. You will support Funeral Directors and Sales Specialists by coordinating monument orders with cemeteries, vendors and clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
The role requires 4 years in a fast-paced office and a strong customer-service mindset, with proficiency in MS Office and a high level of confidentiality.

This position performs the administrative functions for the Monument Processing Center in support of our Funeral Directors, Family Service Counselors and Monument Sales Specialists. The overall objective is to ensure the highest quality services are provided to our clients at all times. Specifically, this position insures that monument and inscription orders are completed by coordinating activities with the cemeteries, vendors, customers and associates in a most efficient, timely and accurate manner.
When considering the work hours associated with this job, the following factors may apply:
Work indoors during all seasons and weather conditions
Limited amount of local and/or multiple location traveling required
Professional Dress is required
Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 7 hours per day
Climbing stairs to access buildings on occasion
Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage
May be required overtime on occasion to meet customer demands
May be required to work occasional weekends to meet customer demands
