Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program preferred.
• Experience working with children ages 2–18 years old in an educational or care setting preferred.
• Understanding of child development and interest in Montessori philosophy.
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Clear and compassionate communicator (both verbal and written).
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and schedules with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Montessori experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a caring and respectful presence in the classroom.
• Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times.
• Follow teacher plans, school routines, and classroom guidelines.
• Support the Montessori environment by maintaining order and assisting students as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff and administrators.
