• Provide individual and small-group counseling and social-emotional support to students.
• Coordinate 504 plans, eligibility, meetings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with staff to implement supports and accommodations.
• Support MTSS, SIT, and school-wide student-support processes.
• Engage families and coordinate with external providers as needed.
