Qualifications

• A calm, patient presence and genuine respect for young children.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily rhythm, transitions, and order of the classroom.
• Prepare, maintain, and replenish Montessori materials.
• Supervise children during work periods and playtime.
• Model grace and courtesy, supporting children's growing independence.
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and Co-Teacher.
