Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe classroom, assisting with lesson plans, and communicating with families. Requirements include a HS diploma and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, with a passion for supporting young learners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR / First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• A genuine love of children and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to support and implement lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate student records and assist with family communication.
• Encourage positive self-image while supporting individuality, independence, and creativity.
• Model appropriate social behavior and actively engage with students.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, trainings, and mentorship programs.
