• Plan and implement Montessori activities across Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language, Culture/Geography, Science, Music, and Art
• Present developmentally appropriate materials to individuals and groups
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, self-directed classroom
• Design engaging activities that spark individual interests
• Foster a harmonious work environment with coworkers and children
• Communicate proactively with colleagues, parents and Board Members
• Write and deliver conferences and information for parents
• Demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and patience
