Learn And Play Montessori Schools is seeking a dedicated Director to lead a Fremont campus, partnering with teachers, children and families to create a nurturing home-away-from-home.

The role oversees staff recruitment, policy compliance, payroll, licensing, and training while ensuring exceptional communication with parents and guardians. Montessori experience and California ECE credentials are valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field.
• 3+ years of school supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of child care or teaching experience preferred.
• Montessori experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Must also have Infant Toddler ECE units.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Mansioni

• Manage overall operation of the center including recruitment and development of staff, management of policies and procedures, child safety, environmental health/hygiene, and state licensing.
• Ensure staff understand objectives and expectations within each classroom.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general communications.
• Understand and enforce all state regulations within the building.
• Implement and ensure completion of staff training.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
