Guidepost Montessori in Leavenworth is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6. You’ll help create calm, engaging spaces and assist in individualized and small-group activities to foster independence and confidence.

You’ll work with Lead Guides to build warm relationships with children and families, supporting growth and discovery in a nurturing, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 3–6 in school or childcare.
• Positive, adaptable, collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs.
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
• Support individual and small-group learning activities.
