Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide in Cary to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 0–6). You’ll help create a calm, engaging environment where children learn at their own pace and grow independence with care and respect.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Lead Guides, preparation of learning spaces, and fostering strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 0–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach and growth within the program.

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their needs.
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom.
