Guidepost Montessori in Duluth, MN is seeking an Assistant Guide to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms (Infant, Toddler, and 3–6) with preparing learning spaces and facilitating activities. You’ll help build a calm, respectful environment and collaborate with Lead Guides and families to foster independence and curiosity in young children.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
• Interest in Montessori approach is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs
