Guidepost Montessori Naperville is hiring an Assistant Guide for our South Naperville site. You’ll support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (0–6) to help children explore, learn, and grow with independence and confidence.

You’ll observe children, help prepare learning spaces, and work with Lead Guides to create a calm, engaging environment. We offer Montessori diploma training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
