Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide for our Leavenworth school to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom and nurture independence and confidence in children aged 0–6.

You’ll assist in preparing engaging learning spaces, partner with Lead Guides and families, and help children explore at their own pace with care, respect, and patience. The role focuses on building confident learners and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
