Guidepost Montessori in Kentwood is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for ages 0–6. You will help prepare learning spaces, support individualized activities, and foster a calm, engaging environment where children explore and grow at their own pace.

You will observe children, assist in small-group learning, and build warm relationships with families while collaborating with Lead Guides to nurture an independent, confident mindset in every child.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
