Job summary

Guidepost Montessori in Celebration Park is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children 0–6. You will help create calm, engaging spaces where children learn at their own pace, and you will assist in preparing learning environments that foster independence and confidence.

You will observe and support individual and small-group activities, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides to strengthen the classroom

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required)

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
