Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide for Celebration Park to support a mixed-age classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6) and help children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in a calm, engaging environment.

You’ll observe children, help prepare and maintain a beautiful classroom, and support individual and small-group activities while building warm relationships with families and collaborating with Lead Guides to foster a strong

Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required.

Responsabilités

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with Lead Guides and fellow team members to create a strong classroom community
