Guidepost Montessori in Celebration Park is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children aged 0-6. You will help create calm, engaging spaces where children explore and learn at their own pace, building confidence and independence.

You will observe, assist in small-group activities, and foster warm relationships with families while collaborating with Lead Guides to maintain a beautiful learning environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience welcome but not required).

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs.
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to create a strong classroom community
