Guidepost Montessori in Creve Coeur, MO is hiring an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children aged 0–6. You will help prepare engaging spaces, assist with individual and small-group activities, and foster a calm, caring environment where children explore and learn at their own pace.

You’ll work closely with Lead Guides to build strong relationships with families and contribute to a thriving classroom community.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach.

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs.
