Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in schools preferred, with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine speech-language needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students with varied speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to promote progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of assessments, goals, and ongoing services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to meaningful, measurable goals.
• Support staff and families regarding communication strategies and best practices.
