Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead military construction projects on the West Coast, based in Monterey, CA. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating design, procurement, field operations, safety, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of commercial construction project management experience, proficiency with common construction software, and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• 6+ years in progressive construction roles such as Project Engineer/Asst PM.
• Design-Build project experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet-based apps.
• Familiarity with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit desired.
• CPR/First Aid/OSHA 30 required or able to obtain; STS a plus.
• LEED AP/Green Associate credentials preferred.
