Job summary

A leading Design-Build company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join its West Coast Field Operations team for military projects in Monterey, CA. The PM will oversee all aspects of a project from design to completion. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management, along with at least two years of commercial project management experience. Competitive salary range is $130,000-$160,000 per year, along with excellent benefits including medical coverage and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Two or more years' experience in commercial project management required.
• Six or more years' experience as a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager required.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects and phases of a project from conceptual design to completion.
• Coordinate with field operations team for military projects.
• Ensure compliance with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
