Job summary

Northwest Playground Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Park Consultant for Montana to drive new business with parks, school districts, municipalities, and developers.

You will lead the pipeline, guide projects from discovery to proposal, and collaborate with in-house design, quoting, and installation teams to close deals. You’ll be the primary contact in Montana, traveling 60–75% across the territory, building relationships with decision-makers and turning projects into repeat business while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B outside sales in construction, commercial landscape, outdoor recreation, or similar public-sector markets.
• Experience with RFPs, RFQs, and public bids is a strong plus.
• Ability to read construction plans and coordinate with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Montana territory through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Consult with clients to define project scope, budget, and timeline, then partner with design and quoting teams.
• Lead proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs/RIs, and ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Maintain Salesforce with leads, opportunities, and activity; forecast and report regularly.
• Stay the custodian post-sale, guiding installation teams and growing accounts.
