Duration: 12 Months +

We're looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer with a strong background in monitoring, observability, and workflow automation, particularly with Dynatrace. You'll join a dynamic team focused on tactical operations for large-scale distributed software applications. Excellent communication and a collaborative personality are crucial for this role.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be located near one of the following hubs:

• Blue Bell, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in monitoring, observability, and automating workflows to enhance system reliability and performance, with a strong emphasis on Dynatrace.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for large-scale production deployments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) within cloud environments (GCP, AWS).
• Contribute to the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Participate in incident response, conduct thorough post-mortem analyses, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating complex technical challenges into clear solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and observability platforms, especially Dynatrace, Prometheus, or equivalent tools.
• Solid experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proven hands-on experience with GCP and AWS cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in distributed systems with confidence.
