Responsibilities

• Maintains system documentation.
• Interacts with users and customers, evaluates service availability of vendor products.
• Develops and implements monitoring policies and standards.
• Provides training to end-users and maintains current knowledge.
• Participates in special projects and creates monitoring dashboards.
