Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a Monitor Technician for the night shift. You will surveil patient cardiac monitors, notify RNs of rhythm changes, and assist care teams to maintain patient safety during overnight hours.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a monitor tech course or passing score on a competency exam, and CRAT certification within 1 year. Training is provided.

The Monitoring Technician is responsible for on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms. Reviews patient information to determine normal heart rhythm pattern, current pattern and prior variances. Works cooperatively as part of a team. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
