10 Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking an part-time Monitor Technician to observe cardiac monitors from 7am to 7:30pm. The role supports patient care, handles alarms, and communicates with nursing staff to ensure accurate rhythm interpretation.

The position emphasizes direct patient interaction, quick notification of critical changes, and basic maintenance coordination. A high school diploma is required, with opportunities for on-site training and professional growth.

• Admits and discharges patients from the monitoring system.
• Changes alarms and limits as directed for individual patient monitoring, under RN direction.
• Interprets monitor rhythm strips and posts them on the chart.
• Notifies appropriate personnel of alarm events and rhythm changes.
• Orders supplies and maintenance for optimal service.
• Serves as a customer service representative and receptionist as needed.
• Supports relationship-based care.

• Interprets strips of monitor rhythm and posts them on proper chart form.,
• Notifies appropriate personnel of alarm situations and changes in rhythm.,
• Orders supplies and maintenance/repairs needed for optimal service.,
• Serves as a customer service representative and receptionist as needed.,
• Supports relationship-based care.
